We are now looking for a Marketing Coordinator to promote Clarion Hotel Grand Hotel Östersund. We seek someone who is enthusiastic, creative, and goal-oriented, and you are fluent in Swedish and English. We are looking for a driven implementer and developer, with a proven ability to work independently and successfully tackle new challenges. You possess the qualifications needed to successfully represent and develop our brand. With your positive attitude and excellent problem-solving skills, you will be a valuable addition to our team.

This is a permanent position at 50% with a start date to be agreed upon. The position is located in Östersund.

You will shine with tasks such as:

Owning and executing communication around the brands at your hotel according to brand standards: Clarion Hotel and Restaurant NÒR.
Working according to a marketing plan created in collaboration with the General Manager.
Creating engaging content for social media (FB, IG, LI), web, and campaigns (image, text, and video material).
Responsible for and optimizing advertising via Meta.
Updating the website.
Coordinating influencer collaborations.
Overall creation of materials.
Responsible for the brand's visual appearance inside the hotel.

We are looking for someone who has:

Previous experience with social media or a similar role.
A burning passion for social media and Meta.
Proficiency in programs such as Adobe and Canva, and has a visual eye.
Experience in creating still and moving material.
Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Initiative and accountability.
